• We don’t authorize the use and/or copying of content, identities, creations, techniques or any other forms of misuse or appropriation of the works of our label Yolvenza and/or our artists, and/or partners, for creative, commercial or for AI training.

• We do not use generative AI programs dedicated to artistic creation, mastering, processing, development, composition, sound creation, music, images, scriptwriting, texts, videos, etc.! What we create are unique original works created by our hands, on our machines, with digital artistic creation programs, whose ideas come from our minds.

• We use AI responsibly and solely for research and/or support purposes, or in specific cases for game development. For example, it can be used to perform Google searches on a topic, generate object placements in a virtual environment via procedural assistance, or for standard 3D creation techniques or AI-assisted non-player character generation.

• We give great importance on preserving human artistic value within the context of digital arts. We wish to give primary prominence to our artists and their creations, and to use AI only when absolutely necessary. See the example above.
